About Me
Dr. Simon Obas is the Deputy Administrative Head of Schools at School in the Square Public Charter School, leading organizational strategy and culture across a growing K–12 network. With over 15 years of experience, he has served as Head of Schools at Paterson Prep and Principal at Achievement First, driving academic excellence, staff development, and student success. Dr. Obas holds an EdD and MSW from Fordham University and a BA in Political Science from Johnson C. Smith University.
