About Me
This comprehensive program gives you the knowledge you need to accelerate your personal development and prepare you to positively impact the lives of others. Training is accomplished through lectures, readings, critiques, discussions, and hands on assistance. We are a Yoga Alliance Registered School. It is recommended that you have at least 1 year of a consistent active yoga practice before entering the training.
