Posted in the topic What are the best places to visit in Morni Hills? in the forum News and Announcements
    August 10, 2026 2:17 AM PDT

If you are planning a trip to Morni Hills from Chandigarh, it is a great option for a short weekend getaway. Morni Hills is surrounded by the Shivalik ranges and offers a nice combination of greenery, lakes, viewpoints, and peaceful surroundings.

Some of the best places to visit in Morni Hills are:

    • Tikkar Taal: The twin lakes are perfect for relaxing, photography, and enjoying the natural surroundings.

    • Morni Fort: A good place to explore the local history while enjoying views of the hills.

    • Karu Peak: One of the better viewpoints in the area, especially if you enjoy scenic landscapes.

    • Thakurdwara Temple: A peaceful place to visit during your trip.

    • Morni Wildlife Sanctuary: A good choice for nature lovers and birdwatchers.

If you have only one day, you can comfortably cover the main attractions and return to Chandigarh by evening. For families or larger groups, travelling by a Tempo Traveller on rent can also be convenient.

Overall, Morni Hills is a good choice when you want a peaceful break from Chandigarh without planning a long journey.

Posted in the topic Can general tourists visit Red Fort on August 15th morning? in the forum News and Announcements
    August 6, 2026 2:20 AM PDT

Answer: No. On August 15, the Red Fort remains closed to general tourists during the morning due to India's Independence Day celebrations. Entry is restricted to government officials, invited guests, security personnel, and pass holders until the Prime Minister's flag hoisting ceremony and national address are completed. Public access usually resumes later in the afternoon or from August 16, depending on security arrangements.

If you're planning to explore Delhi on Independence Day, it's best to avoid the Red Fort in the morning and visit other attractions after checking local advisories. Booking a Tempo Traveller on Rent in Delhi is a convenient way for families and groups to travel comfortably between sightseeing spots without the stress of traffic, parking, or route planning. This allows you to enjoy the patriotic atmosphere of the city with a professional driver while making your journey smooth, comfortable, and hassle free.

Posted in the topic Experience Divine Blessings on a Sacred Rajasthan Pilgrimage in the forum News and Announcements
    July 14, 2026 3:08 AM PDT

A Trip to Khatu Shyam and Salasar Balaji is one of the most rewarding spiritual journeys in Rajasthan, offering devotees an opportunity to seek blessings at two of the state's most revered temples.

These two renowned temples attract millions of devotees every year and are often visited together because of their convenient proximity. Whether you are traveling with family, friends, or a religious group, this pilgrimage offers a memorable blend of faith and cultural experiences.

The road journey from Delhi is smooth and scenic, making it ideal for a comfortable group trip. Begin your visit with the sacred darshan at Khatu Shyam Ji Temple before heading to the famous Salasar Balaji Temple, dedicated to Lord Hanuman. Along the route, travelers can enjoy authentic Rajasthani cuisine, local markets, and the warm hospitality of the region.

The best time to plan this pilgrimage is between October and March when the weather is pleasant for sightseeing and temple visits. Booking your transport and accommodation in advance is recommended, especially during festivals and weekends.

Posted in the topic Is sunrise really the best time to visit the Taj Mahal? in the forum News and Announcements
    July 9, 2026 2:57 AM PDT

Yes, sunrise is genuinely the best time to visit the Taj Mahal. The biggest advantage is the crowd early-morning visitors get a much calmer experience than those arriving later in the day. The soft morning light also makes the white marble look more beautiful, and the cooler temperature makes walking around the monument much more comfortable.

For a Delhi to Agra one day tour, an early start is the best approach. Leaving Delhi around 4:30–5:00 AM lets you reach Agra near opening time and enjoy the Taj Mahal before the main rush begins. After your visit, you can easily cover attractions like Agra Fort and return to Delhi the same evening.

Of course, sunrise requires waking up early, but the experience is worth it. If you want fewer crowds, better photos, and a more peaceful visit, sunrise is the clear choice.
