To qualify for the DAFT Visa, applicants must:

Intend to establish and operate a business in the Netherlands.
Register the business with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK).
Deposit a minimum investment capital of €4,500 in a Dutch bank account.

Family Residency: Spouses and dependent children can also apply for residence permits.
