  Good morning everyone. I'm handling procurement for our manufacturing company and need to properly calculate markup percentages when negotiating with suppliers. We get cost prices but I want to understand what markup they're applying. Any suggestions for quick calculations?

  Hey everyone! Planning to build a small cabin on my property next spring. Been reading about screw pile foundations and they seem perfect for my needs, but I'm concerned about the installation process. How difficult is it to install these piles manually? Should I be worried about the physical demands?

  With the dust finally settling after those big court wins and policy shifts in 2025, what's the current go-to for anyone wanting to crank up the semi-auto speed on their AR without getting into anything that could be seen as full-auto federally? I'm after something that gives noticeably quicker splits on follow-ups, stays compliant (no NFA nonsense, no stamps), and actually feels natural to shoot fast with. Binary didn't click for me, so what's the community leaning toward these days that's proven to hold up legally and performs on the range?
