I’ll start: my go-to is homemade lasagna it’s a blend of flavors I first fell in love with on a family trip to Italy. Over time, I’ve added my own twist by layering in roasted vegetables and using a garlic-herb ricotta. It took me about five tries to get the balance right, but now it’s a dish everyone requests whenever we have gatherings. Sometimes I even browse menus like jureskogs meny to get new flavor ideas for sides.
